Badluck is a Scammer

Explanation of the trade: He was going to level 5 fresh RS accounts to the required stats needed for the underground pass and then he was to complete the underground pass. I made the payment of 40m 07 to him on April 6th, and then gave him the info to three of my accounts on April 8th. The last time I had contact with him was Friday April 10th and since then he has ignored all my sythe pm's and skype requests. He is still posting daily on his sythe so I know he has seen it and is ignoring me.

How they scammed: I logged into my three accounts today and saw that none of them have been moved from where I left them and he has my money and won't talk to me.
