His Paypal Email ([email protected]) is linked to the banned user shmurda who is banned for scamming, despite the amount he originally scammed, you should have done some research if you're gonna sell that much gold thru PP.

 

Oh damn... So he's also a ban evader, hope moderators will take action against him.

 

You'll win that PayPal case by the way, he's wrote it as unauthorised transaction, PayPal will check his account to see if anyone else has accessed his account from a different IP or not. Also, whether his activity is false. They won't detect something fishy and will close the case in your favour. Just respond though to the case, and type it's not unauthorised I traded him this product currency etc, check his PayPal account etc.

 

Yea I know that I will most likely win the case, the only problem is that it might take up to two months sometimes as he didn't chargeback on paypal, he went to his local bank and claiemd he didn't send the money, so it usually takes a lot longer, and even when I'll win it, it doesn't make him a legit customer, so he has to be banned.

 

@Ovidijus00 I've banned @BadAndBoujee though I'd still like to know:
- How much in total he has ordered
- And of each order he ordered a confirmation from him he has received the gold (or picture proof of you delivering the gold to him)
- Also please keep us up to date if you win the case because that'll help us determine how much money he's owed to people once he ever wishes to return to Sythe by pardoning?

 

Wortel, thanks for your reply and banning that scammer. If it is necessary, I could take pictures of all conversations we've had with him, he confirmed trades every time and it was always the same account (We always double check in-game names on orders and compare with real ign). And he bought like 1b in total, once again, I can post pictures if needed, but for now, he chargedback only 4 transactions, each worth 110$. And okay, I'll let you know if I win these cases.

 

Actually I've unbanned him and issued a DNT to him. Though it's nearly inevitable he'll get banned, I just want to ensure I get to know the outcome of those disputes.
- If he wins the dispute > You provide me proof with order proof + the disputes he won and he'll be banned
- If he loses the dispute > He won't need to refund you, though he will be banned still
- If you leave it be > He won't need to refund you, though it's sketchy as fuck and he still needs to repay his previous scam victims so he'll be banned anyways
