Ban evading on this account which was actually created by a previous employee and I initially didn't have access to it so it wouldn't be ban evading but I decided to post on this account so it's open information. I also noticed that an account called "White Wolf" was listed as an additional account and with all honesty I can't even remember the information to that account and I also don't really remember why I made that account but I think it was so I could view the appeal status since I wasn't able to see it at all.

A detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

About a year ago myself and “A Broken man” did a trade, I was banned within 20 minutes after completing a trade with him on Pk-honor (RSPS Private server) and it seems so coincidental for it to have just been a coincidence. I trusted my gut and thought “A Broken man” was working with the owner of Pk-Honor to catch RWT. So just like anyone else I felt I was at risk to a scam so, I posted a report. A couple hours after I posted the report “A Broken Man”, messaged me and he explained the situation and he was banned on the server as well. He also showed me proof to which I profusely began to apologize to him for opening a false scam report. It was completely my fault for jumping to that conclusion all of the pieces fell in place adding up to it, but I was wrong. He messaged me "Just change the title to Resolved and that should be it" I proceeded to do so and thought nothing more of it, I logged out of Sythe for the day. When I tried to log back into my account afterwards I had been banned, reason - "Extortion/attempted scamming" Which caught me off guard, I did not once ask for GP or cash, I once again apologized to “A Broken man” saying it was my fault for making assumption as I said earlier. I will be providing discord logs of the conversation “A Broken Man” and I are in the middle of a major miscommunication. I have never scammed anyone in my years of selling gold nor extorted money. I am a reputable gold seller and would not risk my reputation for any amount of GP. I have never scammed while on this forum all I want to do is continue making friends and continue buying and selling gold. I am also adding the complete chats between him and myself, so you can see the full story without it being disorganized as last time.

I know I overacted and acted without proper reason or information by immediately jumping to the conclusion that he had been in cahoots with the owner, and for that, I apologize. I should have not been so quick to conclude that was what had happened and the reasoning for my ban from the server. In retrospect, yes, I did make this mistake but my intentions were never to wrongfully accuse or get gp from my report. My initial report was to allow others to be aware of my suspicion that he had been working with the owner to get RWT’s banned.

Since the incident, I have been trying to make sense of what the actual reasoning behind my ban was. I have never scammed anyone on this forum or other forums/ trading sites. My goal has always been to conduct business in a professional and efficient way. I never had any malicious intent towards anyone nor was I trying to harm anyone's business and I ask to you to please pardon this one offence and continue allowing me to conduct business here on Sythe, I can assure you there will never be an issue with me again here. I try to be as honest as possible but I am human and I do make mistakes and by no means am I saying I'm not a fault here but I am saying I would appreciate and be very thankful if you can allow this incident to be pardoned and I will be willing to make a public apology if you should so want one.

You asked if there has been any change since my previous Pardon and yes there are a few:

• Removal of Staff who could have hindered my ability to become active on sythe (All of them)
• Banned from Hackforums (Screenshot of reason click here) stupidest reason ever (A little description of what happened was I send my discord like via private messages to my customers who asked for the discord link and that's it.

I cannot think of anything else that has changed since the last pardon

• Hollow - Not really to sure how to prove he was banned from my staff since he was never actually a staff member rather a partner that ran the sister store which you can see is actually offline now due to the incident (Runegoldshop.org).
• Waeel - Not sure how to prove this either since after I spoke to him he went inactive and we only spoke like twice after it.
