Gamepower scammed me on a fortnite accounts purchase

Explanation of the trade: My $200 BTC for his two Fortnite accounts that were advertised as having the Purple Skull Trooper skin (OG variant that is rare)
How they scammed:

Gamepower posted two different threads in the Fortnite section yesterday that he had two Fortnite accounts for sale.

Purple skull and rare skins [ 150 USD ]
Selling fortnite purple skull and much more [130 USD]

He said in both threads that each account had the purple skull trooper skin. The purple variant of the skull trooper skin is an "OG" variant and is what makes these accounts valuable. They are not worth anything without this skin.
I added Gamepower on Discord, where he verified, again that both accounts contained the purple "OG" variant of the skull trooper skin. See below.

Anyways, I was only interested in one account, but we ended up agreeing to $200 if I bought both accounts. From here, he wanted to use an MM so I reached out to @Blaze who MM'ed the trade. I sent Blaze the BTC, and gamerseller proceeded to PM me the information for both accounts. I checked out the first account by logging into Fortnite and it had the purple skull trooper. I then secured the fortnite account + the gmail account attached to it. Once I moved to the next account, gamerseller told me to hurry because he had to go (he was moving very slowly, ironically). In an attempt to get him his money before he had to get off, I quickly secured the second account on fortnite's website + the gmail account. Once done, I told Blaze to release the BTC. However, I never actually loaded up Fortnite to check and make sure it had the skin because Fortnite takes ~5 minutes to load up on a new account.

Without fail, I logged into the account later to see that it didn't have the OG purple skull trooper variant, making the account worthless to me. I immediately reached out to gameseller directly via discord as well as in our group chat with Blaze. I told him I wanted to return the second account as it was misrepresented. I also gave him until 9AM EST today to get back in touch with me.

I have not heard from him, even though he's currently online on Discord. He has also been on Sythe as he edited one of his threads to "sold" (I presume to try and hide that he had both advertised as purple skull trooper accounts).

I'd like to return the second account for a partial refund. I'm happy to work something out with him, but doubt he will being that he hasn't replied to me.

Please partially refund @IGotOwned for the account you misleadingly advertised. I will let the two of you come to an agreement but, if that is hard to reach, a 50% refund seems reasonable to me.

Unfortunately, gamepower has been radio silent since I first messaged him about this two days ago.
I tried to contact him, again, via Discord without garnering a response. It looks like he's on Sythe at the moment as well.. so he's seen this thread. Sigh.

The buyer confirmed the accounts and then asked the mm to release the funds. He was happy with accounts else he would not ask mm to release the funds

 

Me giving the MM the green light to release the funds does not relieve you of your responsibility to be honest and represent your accounts properly. I clearly stated that I did not check the second account prior to you being paid because you rushed me and I trusted you.

The bottom line here is that you blatantly lied about what the account was and I did not receive what I thought I was paying for. This account, without purple skull trooper, is completely worthless.

Edit: Want to note that gamepower still has not replied to any of my discord communication attempts.

 

This POS has no intention of making the situation right.

 

@gamepower Please refund @IGotOwned for the account you misleadingly advertised. You will get the account back as part of the refund.
