Backstory:
I had a WTB account thread listed. I was looking to purchase for personal use. Bumer Magadan contacted me and we talked thru price, details, etc. We decided upon $200 date of sale, then $200 one month later. Bumer magadan got banned after the sale.
Anyways, it wasn't until I spoke with @King that I realized how deep the rabbit hole went and how big of a scammer this guy is. He is a mass scammer / ban evader with over 15+ banned Sythe accounts (skydas, nettunogold, gangrena, eucalyptus, etc.). He runs a black market discord that he uses to scam people as well. Unfortunately, I didn't catch this in time.

I asked King, who said he spoke with other staff team, on what I should do as the payment date of the second $200 was approaching.

He gave me these two options:
1) Request a refund and see if Bachuras agrees to pay it.
If/Then
2) Return the account if he pays, or play the account until he recovers it.

So, I messaged Bachuras today, linked him to all of his Sythe accounts (which he denied were him, lol), and asked for a refund. The only lie I caught him in was that he admitted that the ID he sent me a picture of was not him, but was one of his "customers" (I had him send me a picture of his ID for my safety). He only did this because I caught him in the lie, lol. I do also know he isn't the OO because he told me he was from Norway/Lithuania (moved), but I found out he is actually from Russia.

Initially, he said he would refund, but it would take three weeks and agreed to giving him the account back then. However, I've received four recovery attempt emails to the linked email address already. Knowing how big of a scammer he is, I'd say it's safe to say he has no intention of repaying me.

EDIT - He has now removed/blocked me on discord since I started typing this out.



I paid him thru PP and would like to request approval to chargeback. If approved, I would appreciate some PM guidance on the best way to do this if anyone has any input.

I can provide any neccessary chat logs if needed, just let me know.

 

Yeah, I apologize.. the #7777 was a typo. Corrected it. You can see his verified name and ID in the gyazo link.

 

Thanks for noting this I was made aware of this recently and this will be addressed.

The email [email protected] links to Gangrena (another account of his that he scammed on).

I've spoken to you about this before and this report will be added to his DNT reasons here. Sorry to hear about this.
