Do an IP check please. I have no evidence to believe he's a ban evader, but I have this strong feeling.

(Well my reason for thinking is, that when I talked to him about bulk pins he said that he had over 100 pins in stock, even though he joined recently and has 15 posts. Which is impossible unless you are already a big pin seller on another or own pinlines *khm* Amanda *khm*, also sells pins at same price as Amanda.)
I may be wrong though.
