script that works with a bot client that advertises publicly and shuts off when certain people are within the vicinity of the account. Example: bot is advertising in public then someone named "x" logs in next to them. the bot IMMEDIATELY stops typing, but resumes once "X" logs out or is out of the vicinity to read the text.
