[B]Swapping/Buying high lvl that is poor.[/B]

I need a poor high lvl since the ones that are rich are usually expensive. I will swamp for skillers and pures which means i will give multiple account for a high lvl. I also have membership pin and some auths for bots.

I really want a high lvl since i've never had one. Although i dont have paypal cash, i willing to offer all i can according to the account stats and lvl.
