My requirements (bare minimum) are:

- 60 strength
- 1-13 prayer
- 50 range or magic
- RFD complete up to MITH GLOVES (saves me the time that I'm paying for )
- If MM and lost city are done it is appreciated.

May pay more depending on quest points.
