im having a problem with PA and no one will sell me gold via pp

if anyong knows anything abotu troubleshooting, it would be much appreciated

basically every time i go to log in it says my trading session is timed out

i have tried:
resetting browser/comp
making new accounts

idk what else to do please help need some gold asap !
