He uses different websites and skypes to get around. It's obvious, though.

Asks for kineticarts.com partners

Same skype name on banned Sythe account:

Advertising his current website under the name kinetic.es, but the title clearly says "Kinetic Arts" on the top.

Props to me and detective Reflex for gathering proof.

[Ayy]

Not a ban evader.

Tweny bought MY website design on www.kinetic.es off of me.
His website is : www.kayshark.com

My skype is not mayoplndr or whatever the fuck you wrote.
My skype is : kinetic.es

My username is not Archy, it is Kinetic on kolour.org; check the IP's.

Proof of him paying for my website :

Ayys ays that the user tweny bought his website from him.
Twenys profile : http://www.sythe.org/members/364350-tweny.html

Ayy states that tweny bought the website from him about 5 days ago. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=12843260#post12843260

My question is, how in the hell did they meet on sythe if tweny has been banned for a while now, and why would he include his sythe name if his account is banned.

If anything i think it warrants a Twc. It is extremely sketchy how he uses multiple skypes and how this trade was done. Even after he "sold" the website he never updated his graphics shop, so why would he continue to state that it is his. http://www.sythe.org/graphics-marke...-arts-studio-years-experience-pp-mb-rsgp.html

I just banned the user "Irish Rogue" for being tweny. Not sure if this changes things. He also said they met on Powerbot rather than Sythe.

PM me if you think I've missed anything, but closing this for now.
