[Resolved] Reporting Won Gold.

So basically this all started with me selling him bils of gp and he asked where I make it, i told him I am a staker and he suggested 07 staking (as i was RS3 at the time) So i said i dont really want to train and he suggested buying accounts off him to stake with

So after a long conversation with him I told him I'd buy a $35 70/70/70 account just to see if it would last, i was using this as my personal account for 2-3 days before it got locked because rs suspected it to be stolen

Won gold told me upon buying the account he's the original owner and when I brought this issue to him he told me there was nothing he could do, it was 100% my fault it was locked because it was fine whenever he gave me it and Gracious had said to him if he can't get me the account back to refund me

He then asked me if he could login to the account and see if it was locked (I didn't know what I thought about this because the pass was similar, not the same but similar to my other accounts like email etc) and I decided to just trust him and gave him my password and he checked it was locked

Not many minutes later he said fine, he will refund and i brought up items and lost stats on the account Screenshot And he said he will only refund purchase price which i thought was fair after getting moes opinion on it.

It is now a week later and I see he has now got the account unlocked after him telling me it wasn't possible for him to recover, the account no longer says ''Account has been locked'' It says ''Invalid password'' And these are the same login and password won gold tried to test is the account was ok

So my conclusion is he told me he can't recover it, he has recovered it, he hasn't responded to give me my account back nor refund my items which he got back from the account

In this image I gave my friend as a sort of progress update on the account (as i was grinding it) you can clearly see I had the following -

1x guthans set
1x fury
1x regen bracelet
and all the stats which i got from 1 (The only stats i got from the account was 70 str att and def)
And this was only some, i had cannonballs in inv which i was training with and money in bank

Before you make any decisions the stats i had got were not the ones i was locked with, Add woadkickfly ingame, you'll see the name was changed to G D A and search G D A on highscores for the real stats i was locked with

What I'm asking for from sythe mods is now won gold has his account back he has not yet responded to me for a refund of what was on the account, infact he hasn't messaged me at all about it

So from what i see, he sold me an account for 33m (70/70/70) I had about 20m of items on it (Visable in my pic of proof) He has failed to reimburse me for now he has the account back and these are stats i trained the acc from 70/70/70 Screenshot

What I'm asking for is refund of my items back and a reimbursment of my stats from the cheapest powerlevelers rates if he fails to give me my account back. I think this is fair and he is still yet to respond to me

He's messaged me on skype saying I owe him $33 because I have the account back

It even says on the jagex website only the original account owner can recover accounts from being locked because you need to have transaction ids, account isp creation and other things only won gold would know Screenshot

I quote ''The owner must provide sufficient evidence through the recovery system to prove that they own and created the account. The more detailed and accurate the information provided is, the quicker the team can get you back in game.''

that sufficient evidence is only evidences won gold owuld have, how am i ment to know the account creation ISP, location, Transaction ids, previous names/emails/passwords? Only he knows and he's denieing it which is pretty funny seeing from someone trusted

My conclusion is he told me multiple times refunding me when the acc was locked he can't recover it and now he's refunded me he tried it to see what happens and got the account back and now he's denieing it and accusing me of the one scamming

THERES NO POSSIBLE WAY I COULD OF RECOVERED IT. I only had access for like 3 days.
