Appealing a ban.

Hi. I was banned because I didn't unlock an account for someone. I didn't agree to do so. I didn't know it was mandatory. But aside from that I tried to contact the person for a few days now nd they have me blocked on Skype I guess. So I can't help unlock the account nor pay the person back. Help please? Thank you.

I just sent him a PM to let him know that you are trying to fix this situation. I don't know why it took you being banned for you to figure out that helping him was the right thing to do, but I'm glad you realized it.
