Well I recently saw the new Alien Vs. Predator movie, and well, I'd like to discuss it.
My first point at the movie is that it lacked depth in story. It didn't follow on from the previous story (Wheres that girl from AVP1?) except for the part where the Alien bursts out of the predators chest at the end of AVP1, which leads to a crashed ship in AVP:R which leads to a new Alien infestation.
My second point: For the gore lovers, this movie is for you. It lacks in story depth, but where it makes up for is the intense action most of the way. You will know this as soon as you see the father hunting with his kid, then he shoots the head-humper and he gets his arm melted off by acid (Lol). I especially laughed manically at the part where Jessie gets hit by that blade which pins her to the wall. was funny watching the kid run after the predator with an M4, watching all the bullets simply glance off its armor ... Then it gets tackled in to a lift shaft
my third point: Its plain disgusting when the alien "impregnates" the already pregnant women, and then her stomach bursts open ... eww.

I thought it was an awesome movie with the action, but I would have liked to see the story follow up from the previous movie. For example, a predator and human alliance would have been nice considering how the first movie ended. The person from the first movie should have been in the second, etc.
