It depends on how many accounts you plan on running through Tut. I believe Kero and I calculated it to be worth it just to pay someone else to do it for you up to over 80 times. Needless to say, we didn't purchase it ;). Powerbot has a free version I believe.
 
Thatsuperfly is the dev, so i am pretty sure its good...
