If I bot on my account with 1 strength and all the other req. how much less per hour should I get?

Do you mean 1 everything other than 91 hunter?

 

No, all the req. (e.g. agil 50, mage 50) except str being 1.

 

Don't think it will really slow you down, but it will give you strength xp...

 

In that case, it shouldn't lower it that much.

However I really recommend 79 mage rather than 50.

You're fine with 50 mage tbh.

Also, it might make you lose a few imps to people if you've got competition, but other than that, it's not too much of a concern imo.

I use a 99 hunter guy that has like 72 strength so not entirely sure, but I'd say it's not too important.
