Wish I could say good things, where do I start... I sold them 276M for 98.00$ via Bank Transfer... The worker on his site entered a wrong password for the online transfer so I'm unable to get the funds, and now everyone on there site is confused and doesn't know what's going on.. And apparently I need to wait "7-8hour for the other worker to come back".. And the person I dealt with had the exact same name... Honestly you shouldn't let incompetent workers run your business... either know what to do or whatever.. I'm stuck with no GP and no Money..

Just write in intervals of 2 hours to his msn/skype and i'm pretty sure u will catch him and he will fix ur problem.
Yeah all that stuff with the chinese support is awful but Arcus is legit.
Get him online and i bet ur problem will be fixed instant when both of you figure out what the problem is.

It had nothing to do with a wrong password, Interac is just simply down for both buying and selling in my banks, but the gold has been refunded by me the other day. I was in surgery the day this happened so I couldn't get on computer.
