It's the one the Nexus client all share. (autofighter.org is where I got it, has a nice clean green paint).

edit : and would 43-46k xp/hr on controlled be called good?

it's good but im not sure if it's safe to use cause most bots are like stuffing up

Absolutely..i'm getting 61k/hr at Spiders atm...if I had the reqs for ghouls believe me i'd go there with this bot.

I havent used the free one, but I did my own set up on autofighter, it went flawless for the whole night. Got me 1 str level and 2 defense levels
