    I'm thinking of using a basic autoclicker that clicks in only one place.
    Can Jagex detect these?

    They will pobably temp ban you, but you'll be able to pull that excuse. Waste of black marks, tho. Get an autoclicker with random offset, they're not that hard to find.

    try a autoclicker in a cheat pack

    They all work fine
