what the best bot that will do all the work for me ?

I'd say as an autofighter, use Perfect Fighter:link

However, as Duddy_Crow posted above, autoSoulWarsPro is probably better for pures, but I'm not sure about the ban rate these days.

If you get Perfect Fighter, try going to flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security (floor 2?) or for a lower level, minotaurs (floor 1). At higher levels you can start training on moss giants in the chaos tunnels for around 40k specified combat xp per hour and 12-15k Constitution xp/h.
