Lost all passwords need help

Hey recently i've been unbanned on sythe and i rebooted my computer yesterday so all my passwords have been lost and the big issue going here is that on my main account: https://www.sythe.org/members/sinthehead.1359543/

I Do not have acces to the other account email as i've not set a recovery phase on it so it is lost is there a way that my password can be reset and pmed to me so i can change my email on sythe or somethink? Thanks for help
