Australias "Work Choices"

ok so if you are an aussie you know whaqt Work Choices is... If not...

Personally i think that the actual idea of the work choices is great... The only way that you can get screwed over is if you have a prick for a boss. I mean the individual contracts etc can work great for you if you are a good worker... Sure you can have contracts terminated at any time but i work for a great boss who pays me well above award wage and i get paid holidays and sick days etc...

anyways im mainly asking for the opinions of Australians but read the sites if you want to find out and leave your opinion.

 

To tell you the truth, I'm nuetral on it all, it has it's good points, but also it's bad points.

I still don't see what was so terribly wrong with the old system to this one, the old system was great before I quit.

PS: I hope Kevin Rudd wins this election ;p

It dosn't really effect me since i just started working. But, There was no real point in changing it

 

It doesn't matter if it bothers you or not you COULD still read up on it and post an opinion based on what you have picked up from the texts.
