Reporting RebornKings [$100 Donor]

Hello Sythe users,

Today I am here to report the user:
RebornKings

This is not your average scam report however, this report is actually a report I am filing due to the lack of information about this account that was included in the pardon.

So lets start by looking at the extremely poor written pardon that RebornKings had written:
Daxblindi Scam Pardon

The reason for his ban was for scamming on Daxblindi however, he failed to mention one account that I suspected he ban evaded on, and this account is linked below:
the greatest

Why do I suspect this? You may be asking yourself. Well... here is the main reason.

If you view the IP audit of RebornKings you get this:
IPAudit results for | Sell & Trade Game Items | RS Gold | CSGO | ELO | Rocket League
However, upon further analysis of the IP Audit on The Greatest, this is found:

Only 1 match with .198 IP making me believe that the IP used was indeed a home IP match.

So the similarities we have here
-One IP Match (most likely home IP match)
-Both interested in the RSPS market

Now I found a report by a user known as @Cam found here where he clearly originally got banned for this reason:
RebornKings / The greatest

He was banned but yet failed to mention this in his pardon anyway.

I am pretty sure this is grounds for a permanent ban until he mentions the use of the greatest in his pardon.

Open to Mod/Admin opinions.

Can confirm a home IP match between @the greatest and @RebornKings. I'm quite forgiving though if RebornKings actually forgot about it, but I'd like some opinions regarding this from other moderators/admins though.

 

Consulted with some other moderators and we're willing to believe he actually forgot about it, appreciate the report though.
