I can see that he's temporarily banned, and also has a thread here regarding him, however I was going to buy this off him: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=959986

I sent the payment and Classic PKer also saw this and confirmed the transaction had taken place:

In addition to this, I contacted Paypal by telephone regarding another scam I got taken by, and enquired about this transaction and they confirmed that the payment had been made.

He has failed on numerous occasions to sell the contact me. This is a series of PMs that we exchanged in chronological order:

Hello there. Sorry, but this won't be a very pleasant message...

Please stop avoiding me. I have sent you 2 PMs so far, neither of which you have replied to. I sent you the $20 payment for: 1x Fury Ornament Kit. I confirmed with MM "Classic_PKer" by showing him screenshotted evidence of the payment. I contacted Paypal directly via telephone, and they also confirmed that the payment had indeed been made.

You have until Thursday to either contact me via MSN or PM to either sell the kit to me or to refund my payment. Failure to do so will result in me filing a scam report against you. And I have a pretty strong case.

I don't know what else I can do other than wait until he actually does contact me to sell the item or to refund my payment.
