    @Synced just to confirm, was there any TOS agreed to?

    In the photos provided from discussing the account to the payment I'm not seeing any mention of any TOS but just would like to confirm.

    Thanks - as @Aufi has not been around for a while I've given him a DNT that he will need to pardon for.

    Since there's no TOS he would be held liable for this account for two years, which is still well within that window that he would need to assist. Given that he seems to still be posting in other discords but hasn't responded to your PM from before, I'd say he's up to no good.
