Audition for IP

Firstly I'm sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong area, so if it's wrong move it please.

A month ago (20 november) I sold 250M osrs gp to bubbaj123 (bubbaj123), who got banned for scamming (Scammed by BubbaJ123),
and only after this time he tried to chargeback me on PP. The problem is that the only proof I have is a skype conversation with him, since i reinstalled windows in my PC during this time. I made a post earlier asking about this and if someone experience could help me out (Paypal Dispute) and @Divine told me that i must provide his IP to PP so they can link the skype conversation with his PP, making the conversation trusted. I tried to use those sites that give you the IP if you enter the skype username but it didnt work, so I need a help from a moderator. I need his IP so I can link the skype with his paypal, this is my only chance to win the chargeback. Could you please do this?
