attempting scam: zimzz

Attempting to scam people, as you can see in picture below he has a community ban.
This can mean 2 things, either he has a Overwatch ban on GO or a steam alert.
With both are the inventory of GO locked which makes this a attempt to scam since he is "selling his items".

Ban hammer plz, we don't want these kind of people here.
