    attempted to register from dynamic IP assigned by college provided internet
    I attempted to register an account on here using my computer which is connected to my school's internet. Apparently another user, 88jayto, had registered with the same IP address, specifically 198.54.211.2 with a timestamp of 1449363015. I have legitimately never registered an account on here before, and can attest to the fact that 88jayto is not a username I have ever used on the internet.
