    Proof of same person: Added him directly on skype, didn't have time to verify his skype.

    You can see that at the last few lines my messages do not get send, this is where he ddosed my VPN.

    I'm sorry to hear you were attacked. Unfortunately, this isn't enough proof to show he was the one that attacked your VPN.
