Won gold ment to send me $118 but only sent $111

Me and won gold were supposed to trade my 100m 07 for his $118 bitcoin

I just checked and i recieved £77.14 GBP ($111)

He says theres a difference in rates between us and that he cant pay me my other $7...Because hes from china

I don't know if im in the wrong here or i'm owed another $7 so I'm just asking for staffs opinion

He's just constantly trying to get his way out of sending the $7 he even tried sending me $5 or something and i said no i want the full $7.

 

Nah this happens with them, it's the BTC price difference from China to rest of world on the exchange they use

 

this has to do with the transaction fees that affect chinese trades in the bitcoin market. this isn't him trying to screw you out of seven bucks.

if you mention it to him nicely, he might make up the difference, but transaction fees are what they are.
