For future reference, please be more attentive and thorough when doing these type of trades such as confirming that the gold is on the account and following instructions such as attaching the bank pin on the account is crucial for the trade going smoothly, and having evidence of such things will protect you while doing business.

As of this report I will be a little lenient and not give a TWC rank for the bad trading practices. Please, once again be more thorough, have a terms of service written down, and collect and keep the evidence of each step.

This type of trade method is close to being impossible to prove if there was even gold on the account or who took the gold if it was there, being very similar to a drop trade which we don't get involved in.
