    Attack/Strength Power Leveling - Help!

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask of you for help on this matter, as this has never been a problem to me, since I only got into membership in the old runescape (back in the old days, 2007 and so) when I already had high combat levels...

Anyways, I'm current on experiments, with 61 attack and strength, trying to get 65 attack/strength for warrior's guild, after that, I'll get myself a rune defender, then I have no clue what I should do to continue leveling until 70 att/str.

    So, main doubts:

Should I stick to experiments until 65 att/str?

    What should I do from 65 to 70 att/str?

    Any viable and profitable ways?

    Thanks in advance!

    Well, what's your defense level?
As you said your going for tune defender ill assume 40+.
As such I'd grab a black mask and start slaying now if I was you. Gain xp in an extra skill whilst training and black mask bonuses make it quicker than standard training.

either a) train your combat with slayer or b) go to experiments till around 80 strength (experiments are quick ish) than continue onto bandits if you can afford the prayer pots (it's not so much)

Profitable ways would be slayer, or maybe even camping some green dragons.

If I was you I would not bot experiments at all. They are a ban hotspot, so stay away. If I was you I would train at the giant spiders, decent xp. However you don't get any xp, in general I would say most xp and good drops generally don't mix well.

He means that if you will be botting, you would be prone to ban at experiments and Rock Crabs a lot faster than other places.

Ah, I see. I never botted and never intend to do so. I have nothing against it, just wouldn't trust my account in an A.I.

    Thanks for clarifying.

No worries. Just a friendly heads up. I don't get the point of going back to OSRS if you are going to bot. Seems like its counter productive in my book. But since I don't stake/pk, 07 does nothing for me.

I'm actually in 07 for the nostalgia feeling you get from Quests and just playing the game, not actually PKing or Staking like most do...that's why I wanted to know the best legit places for training

Profitable way to make some money and about 25-30k exp an hour would be flesh crawlers. Make all the ranarrs into prayer pots then continue on to bandits. Also can go to green dragons which is decent exp as well as good money to.
