Assassin's Creed

I've never played Assassin's Creed until yesterday. I played AC3 and it was amazing. I can't buy AC3. Who can tell me the best AC between AC, AC2, and AC Brotherhood? I'd prefer a fantastic story mode.

 

I think they are all awesome when it comes to story mode.

AC2 had some of the best game play and is the favorite among my friends and I.

 

The first Assassins Creed is rather boring and repetative.
AC2 was excellent, with more variety, new weapons etc. and had a interesting story. Brotherhood continues right from where AC2 finished, and is set in Rome, plus you can ride your horse through the streets which is pretty cool, but on my PS3 it has a hard time keeping up with loading Rome.

I've not played Revelations yet, nor AC3, but i've heard great things about AC3!

EDIT: Just thought i'd add, i've platinum'd AC2 nearly twice over, and got around 70% of the trophies on Brotherhood. (AC1 doesn't have achievements on PS3)

 

AC2 was really good. Personal favorite

 

AC1 - I actually loved number one, I didn't find it boring at all to be honest.
AC2 - This was a change from one, I found the combat a little more annoying as it took longer to kill guards and stuff. The story was really long which was nice to play.
AC Brotherhood - Probably one of my favourites (hence the poster on my wall ). I loved the combat and everything in this, especially the storyline and the music too.
AC Revelations - Eh this wasn't amazing, was essentially a reskin of Brotherhood. The story was okish, but they didn't bring a lot of new stuff into the game. The ending was alright, plus I liked the Altair missions in it.

AC3 - Haven't played this yet as it's not released for PC. I've heard nothing but good reviews so far, though.

 

AC2:Brotherhood was the best in my opinion.
Revelations was rather short, AC2 had less weapons than AC2B and AC1 was a bit repetitive as Amethyst stated.
AC2B Gives a larger array of weapons, its story is more dynamic and more history orientated and it has its own set of personality to it- It could have been AC3 and no one would say a thing.

 

Go with Brotherhood. I actually haven't played AC2 though, so I can't say anything about it. The combat in Brotherhood is much better than AC1 and allows you to kill multiple enemies in one combo. It also has better armor, weapons, story, graphics, you can call other assassins to fight for you, and more.

 

AC3 is slowly reaching the top of the list, although AC2 is currently my favorite.
