Asking for Rule Clarification

recently WolfieGP posted a scam report for Chicks in excess of $15,000 Chicks not paying tabs again

My confusion is that this isnt the first report Chicks has had like this as referenced by Wolfie's submission "not paying tabs AGAIN". Searchy, Secnx, and others have also posted debts or "unpaid tabs" in excess of $15,000 over the years when Chicks failed to pay them but these same people have their own threads for their own customers.

I dont want to actually start beef with anybody but for my own understanding how is it possible for these vendors to both operate independently and also as a sub-worker/Admin rank of Chicks while still being within Sythes rules of "workers cannot post unique threads".

It was my understanding that your workers are not allowed to post their own sythe threads and/or operate alongisde your own store, but Chicks seems to have most major gold-sellers hired as some kind of worker. What is the difference between the relationship Chicks has with Searchy, WolfieGP, Secnx, and his other associates, and a regular worker? I am asking not to cause issues with these vendors as I respect them and do not want to cause issues but for my own personal business relationships with people I would like to understand how they can have "Admin" status and $15,000+ debts for work performed but not be considered a worker preventing them from posting unique threads. I do not believe I am fully understanding the rules. From my point of view, Chicks has hired these guys to be his workers filling orders for his store, while those same workers are also posting independent threads and advertisements. Its not like Chicks went to these guys for a sale or 2, and its not like he is paying upfront for the work. The workers accumilated $10,000+ debts and Admin ranks for all the orders they filled working through Chicks.

When I went to Chicks to sell my accounts through their website, they requested 60/40 split with me getting the ass-end of the deal. They very clearly see the business as theirs since they say my offers would compete with "their" offers (in contradiction with my own observations btw). Which in reality are somebody elses offers but they dont specify who is OO on their website. I simply dont believe these vendors are being held to those same 60/40 standards. If Chicks has indeed elevated themselves to the level of Eldorado or PlayerAuctions then they should get their own Market Discussion thread and be prevented from posting their own advertising threads. All vendors who want to work through Chicks.com should be presented fair and consistent profit sharing just like Eldorado and PlayerAuctions provide. Unless of course Chicks wants to keep things private but in that case these people should all be considered workers of Chicks. Chicks should be advertising these other vendors as being the actual person delivering the order placed through their website. Instead, when purchasing through Chicksgold.com you are not notified that your delivery will actually be made through another vendor such as Wolfie or Searchy on Chicks behalf, even though that is what is actually happening. Functionally I do not see the difference between this and a worker since Chicks is taking responsibility for, and hiding the identity of those peoples actions when delivering his sales. So I am making this post asking for clarification.
