I recently noticed i had been banned for scamming

Im sorry for whoever was scammed, i know it's been awhile me making this dispute but i have served a prison sentence and have not been able to check this out sooner if a mod would like to know more about my situation leave your contact details.

I dont know who was scammed or the amount own to the user/user's but i intend to repay them whatever with extra for the amount of time they have had to sit with the loss.

Yes i have been to prison this does not make me a untrustworthy person i was open with my situation and would like to think people who knew me know they could trust me. I do not intend to play or trade in runescape no more however i would hate to lose the friends i had here and the great community sythe has

If a Mod would like to post bellow what the issue/issue's are and amount own with thier contact details i will contact you as soon as possible.

I intend to repay whatever is own regardless to whether i am aloud to come back here or not i would hate to leave sythe with friends that new me well thinking i am a dodgy person.

How can u refund what is own to the user?
Can I repay this by giving money to the user direct or by giving a moderator the money to put back in to sythe by donating it to the forum please update me with next step thank you.

 

Have you tried contacting him vis skype/any other way? If nothing proves fruitful, we can see what to do from there.

 

I did log onto Skype and Msn, However I have had no luck contacting him. I don't know if the user still uses his old emails. I can wait a while and keep checking to see if I get any luck, but failing that is their anything else I could do?

Let's be fair, contacting somebody on skype and waiting 10 minutes isn't really trying your best to contact them.
Find old emails, old msn's, email them and wait a little bit for them to respond.

 

This was not the first time I've attempted to contact him. That was just one of the screenshots, from that time I tried to contact him.
I'll wait about and see if I get a response, because even if I'm offline and he sees my messages he can still let me know. If I still have not had a reply in a week, I'll re-post new screenshots.

 

I wrote a reply over 24hours ago and it hasn't appeared so I'll just post again.

This was not the first time I tried to contact the user, this was just one of the times I attempted to contact the user.
If he logs on while I'm offline he can still reply to my message and I can then refund him once I get his details. I she'll wait a week and if he still hasn't responded I will re-post fresh screenshots. I will also email the email on his Skype which I presume he used for trading.

Repay people and then you can pardon/etc

 

He's had no luck contacting them, SUperman.

 

The whole reason I am here is to re-pay what anyone was owed. I have tried contacting the user I was shown to contact loads of times, however I have had no response from him. I don't know if the user still uses his old trading email address as he was banned quite some time ago.

Anyway my problem is finding out what to do with the money I owe as I can't reach contact with the user.

Suggestions:
(1) did the user MOB ASAP scam anyone? if so is it possible to repay the user that he currently owes money too.

(2) Give a moderator the amount owed and if the user ASAP MOB was to return they could refund him.

(3) Give the money to Sythe (NO not to go on my donor rank, just to help support Sythe)

You cannot do #2 or #3 and you should report a staff member if they ask you to do so

Let me clear things up for your xkronic,

You scammed someone, regardless of the terms. You cannot dispute your ban because your ban was legitimate. You now have the necessary contact info to get in contact with the user who was scammed by the person you scammed and get that $140 to him.

I have added his skype as well, but I'm not going to do your dirty work for you.

Add his skype, send him a few emails, try contacting him via the site, etc. Then AFTER you've contacted him or have proof of attempting to contact him/have repaid him, then you can pardon, not dispute your ban.

I she'll get in contact with the user as soon as I am able to and refund him the $140.

I take full responsibility of my actions and understand I cannot just dispute my ban. I created this thread to pay what I owe to users and now I have all the information I need I she'll get on with refunding users.

If this dispute can be left open, i will post when the user who was scammed by asapmob is refunded by the amount i owe.

Then I she'll go by proper procedure by making a pardon.
