Asking about MM - marketplace rules

Hey!
so on my website we have a dedicated page where accounts are listed, we have WTB-WTS accounts
this is for customers to list their accounts, and we as GoldnGlory gonna be the middleman, i was informed by a friend that this violates the Sythe rules, while he was not too sure and after i made a bit of research i still didn't understand if i am breaking the rules or not i wanted to make sure
How the progress work, user can use !wts or !wtb-account command then are provided with a private link a form that last 2 hours, once everything is filled and they submit, its being send back to admins/discord mods to review, after reviewing if admin/mods think its legit we approve it and is listed on the website, if rejected it wont be listed.
now i am curious if this is breaking the rule, if it is, my apologize i seriously didnt know, and i will remove this future on the website and on discord.

My apology btw i noticed that i forgot to change my GIF int he post, i will do that asap, please let me know if i have forgotten to remove it anywhere else, i also removed it in the tags!
Once again i am truly sorry, it was never my intention to violate any rules, it was an honest mistake
