I'd love some tips on how to use the pen tool effectively to create shapes.

 

Do you ever think of creating hot photoshopped porn of people you know IRL?

 

The lighting could definately be improved on both.

It's a pretty simpyl concept to grasp, I don't see what people see as being so difficult, you grab your pen tool, click & drag to make the path, when the path is finished (back to the start) you right-click inside your canvas and choose something like "Fill Path" and fill it with a color, then right-click and delete path to have your shape.

It all depends on the outcome you're after, but i like soft brush smudging.

What program do you use to add links to a sig/banner? I.E. Viper000's sig. I was thinking dreamweaver but I'm not sure.

 

Well, i know i'm not TDD but theres a solution to that. If you can fit your sig pic into code i.e. [SIGPIC] etc. then you simply place between the code.

For Example:

[SIGPIC]www.google.com[\SIGPIC]

Otherwise i don't know.

 

Thanks Light. Thing is, how would I make that specific selection (pic area) into a link? Notice how Viper000's lock takes it to his MM thread and the PS takes you to his GFX thread. I'd ask him but I'll ask TDD first. I saw an example on a web page and they sort of explained how to do something like that using DreamWeaver but I was hoping for an easier way of doing it.

 

How do I make the elliptical shape tool turn into a selection, and not auto fill with the FG colour?
