Why is Dungeoneering the only RS skill that goes up to level 120?

 

Idk, Mods just wanted to put more hours in? No idea. 99's started getting really easy to get, so maybe Jagex wanted to make the game more challenging.

Which skill should I level up to gain money and a nice cape overall. Any skill besides farming that is, or some easy 99 with a crappy cape. I want a quality skill that is semi-rare and gives good cash on the way to 99.

 

I would say slayer is a good cape. Good money. But maybe rune craft or hunter for faster cash/less combat. Honestly its your call.
