Some of you are probably wondering who the heck is this guy, well I joined way back in 07 (almost seven years ago ) I spent some time as an official mm, a market mod and even a runescape moderator. I used to be addicted to this site and checked it everyday, every hour. This was probably because I played way to much runescape back in the day. Anyways it's good to be back, feel free to ask me anything you may want to

Outside of Sythe: I used to work as a Resident Assistant for four years (2009-2013). I was one of the guys that tried to make sure no one died on the floors doing dumb stuff. We had some close calls ha. I now work at a software company developing .net stuff and enjoying it, along with having one class left to finish my degree in management information systems. Life is looking good, but I haven't forgotten all the good memories that was had on this site

I plan on checking this site a lot more now that my class load has dropped and that I learned my work doesn't block sythe.org (although the chat is blocked)

Curious are you finishing up another degree or is your current/only degree in information systems? Right now I'm on the business side but may go for some sort of CS as well.

 

It has there are new admins and stuff haha! Congrats by the way Roary dont let me get sucked back in, please! Only one degree but i've been working at a software company for a year and a half so hopefully I get full time when I graduate! If you can code, go for it!

I remember my first time looking looking inside the staff lounge was fantastic. I felt like a kid in a candy store because I was able to see threads that about users and felt all important. That feeling quickly wore off and it slowly became a job, not in a bad way but the excitement slowly lead to thinking of drama free solutions to keep everyone happy. I realized that I had a public image to uphold without being a douche about it. I tried my best to stay fair and think I did a decent job at it, but if you think you want the job for the attention then you are truly in it for the wrong reasons and honestly won't enjoy it at all. That was not meant to be a personal jab at you just a general overview to the position. Now a days it just saddens me to see all the staff I looked up to ban for different reasons.
