Ash Bolter TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: I dont remember but I did get banned for buying a $5 ebook from some mod and he insta banned me because paypal held the payment even though I managed to reverse it (he ended up with the $5 because of me) and didn't even scam anything..

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I was banned for a $5 miscommunication a while ago and when i appealed, I believe I was let back into sythe with a TWC?
Anything else you wish to say: I don't use this site much and thats why I didn't appeal this earlier

 

You got the twc for fake vouching someone and then you were banned for this paypal dispute thing so that's why you have the twc. Since it's been about 4.5 years, I'll support removal
