As a newer seller, what are payment methods I can safely accept?

Unless you can afford to lose the money, do not accept paypal.
It's literally gambling with that money, except zero upside to you.

The amount of risk you're willing to take is entirely up to you of course.
i'm not saying you will get chargebacks, i'm also not saying you're going to be safe.

Stop trying to make it work, unless you can afford to lose the money. You're literally putting yourself at risk for zero gain. Have buyers use Crypto, if they can't, move onto the next customer who can.

 

So you're saying JUST crypto? Not even CashApp balance only?

 

@Jacky is easily one of the biggest gold dealers on Sythe (and likely one of the largest period, not just on Sythe), he only uses Crypto. If he can be one of the largest sellers using only Crypto, there's no reason you should even consider PayPal.
The only reasons the big boys accept other payment types, is they charge a reasonable amount more to use those payment methods as a means of covering for the losses they'll inevitably get. Not to mention they have security practices such as ID verification.

 

As Sound has made it pretty clear.. PayPal is reversible.

Some people take bank transfers and payments through Zelle (which is pretty much also a bank transfer).

Crypto is probably your best bet because you have confirmation of funds being received that can’t be social engineered. However, you’ll have to account for you loss when selling crypto and buying crypto so you can properly sell your product at the price that works for you best.
