Explanation of the trade: bought his openosrs script and was cleaned of bank and rsn soon after. went through auth and pin.
How they scammed: Bought his script for 125m on June 13, and worked fine with some fps issues. Account was cleaned of rsn and bank on July 25. I am making this thread incase any other people who have used his script can come forward being hacked. To this day i don't know how my account was compromised and only want to narrow it down on how.

Was having fps issues with the script as well making it very impractical to use because i had to restart the client everytime it was down scouting or i would have low fps. I contacted art dealer and he told me he would try and fix but never did.

OpenOSRS change their raid scouting plugin all the time which caused bugs, the script relies on the OpenOSRS raid scouter to run. Also FPS drops would most likely be caused by what you said, an OpenOSRS syncing issue and options of the OpenOSRS client bugging (nothing to do with the plugin).

Sorry for your loss but a 6 week window is hefty.. I appreciate you pointing the finger at just me.. The plugin contains an auto-updater (which has never been lied about/hidden) which is simply because OpenOSRS were always changing their scouter and we didn't want to be sending out updated copies every week to people. Run a Malwarebytes scan and majority of people always end up shocked what they have on their PC. Anyway sorry for your loss mate.

 

And what do you have to say to the other people that used your plugin claiming they got hacked? That they were the only ones and nobody else had similar claims? Why would you lie to them and me unless you are hiding something

 

I want to see some proof of course.

edit: in response to your edit, it's very high-risk for me to start confirming that people are claiming they got hacked (who ended up being 2, you and someone named Departure), because then all 10+ people who ended up buying it can say they lost X and I owe them X with 0 proof. It's so ridiculous. I also stopped bumping my thread too to see what would pop up and it was 2 PEOPLE. 2. On the date a Runescape.com breach of accounts post was made (which Im sure is in my DM's with one of them).

I told them both I was just as stumped as they were, and they were wanting answers so it's crazy coincidence that they both point fingers at me and this account breach by Jagex was posted the same day. It's either a crazy setup (which will be hell of an effort if true) or you were part of a larger account breach, or you both just coincidentally lost your shit.

I didn't take anyones gold. Nobody I know took anyones gold. There is no proof of me or anyone I'm connected with taking anyones gold.

 

Account breach from Jagex dosent mean anything when my bank pin and auth are bypassed and my email wasn’t compromised. I would have gotten emails about a password reset if that were the case.

I don’t expect anything back because obviously the burden of proof lies against me to prove you ratted my computer which is virtually impossible if you hypothetically took the right precautions. I just hope the staff sees that a conspiracy theory to get art dealer banned is ludicrous if enough people come forward.

 

I've never tried obfuscating my name or contact. I've always gone by Zel / Artdeal3r. You and Departure are the only ones who messaged me about an account breach. About 10-12 copies were sold separately. The fact you're so adamant on pointing the finger at me is so senseless. It's like you're not even open to the idea that it's even possible for there to be any other way you apparently lost whatever you lost.

With that being said, I'm happy for this thread to serve as a lighthouse to gain attention of anyone who could've also been hacked, but if anyone else were to step up they:

1. Never bought anything from me
2. Never contacted me about it

Which both you and Departure 1. Did both pay for the script. 2. Both contacted me to let you know you think you were hacked by the plugin.

 

I don't have them noted. Just random discord adds who disappear after 1 message which I also just clear chats on my Discord often. They'd have to message me to bring chats up.

(hence I can't bring up OP's chats, I don't know his Discord)

That is the only conversation I have related to a plugin sale. I checked the discord conversation myself and they purchased it nearly 2 months ago, and after the day of purchase they haven't said a single thing to me (just like the others). Willing to show chat logs of this if I need to. Also happy to have admins look through my Sythe PM's / see if I deleted anything, to prove this is correct.

Just found the above discord too of another customer from June who has lots of conversation history with me about the plugin and doing updates. Haven't heard from them since 24th of June.

@Pirate I understand you're trying to find pieces to a puzzle, and I'm literally cooperating, but speaking to me like you're a prosecutor isn't fair. Rather than OP having to prove I hacked him, you're making me prove I didn't hack him. Which is ridiculous and almost impossible. Me struggling to find a few Discord conversations over the span of 4-5 months isn't 'trying to cover my track.' Anyone with multiple online business ventures would know how cluttered Discord DM's get. I run Graphics services not just through Sythe (Admins can once again go in to my PM's and see all my PM's are practically design related.) Stop making it out to be like I need to have a full customer database going on to prove all my records. Nobody does this.

Now you're coming at me with an angle of people getting hacked who didn't even buy my plugin man. That's so fucking ridiculous. How on earth does that point fingers to me? If OP PM's me on Discord I'm 90% sure he was the person I sent the account breach statement by Jagex to on that day. If what you're saying now, FIVE people got hacked (who I don't even know who they are), 40% DEFINITELY had my plugin 'I PERSONALLY' sent them, that's not even the majority. The scum who purchased my plugin and decided to share it could of EASILY infected my plugin then hack all of his 'friends he shared my paid plugin' with then when they all got hacked, he can point the finger at me. You're not even thinking about all of the likely outcomes which could have happened.

There's no fucking proof of me taking peoples gold and passwords man and you're literally looking at me with a guilty eye with 0 proof just because you want to.

The above post is where I explain I told each of the ONLY TWO PEOPLE, nobody else got hacked, to not only not damage my sales and reputation over a possible fake alarm *surprise, it fucking was, it was only these 2*, but to also not possibly enable other customers who would have purchased it and seen they can put their hand up, pick a number they lost, then request it. I told them both I'd look in to it to see what comes up, and what do you know, only these 2 were the apparent victims of something. You're acting like it's a malicious move to not let people scapegoat me as a reason for their 'hacks'. Why on earth would I put my hand up and be like; 'yep, I think I may of taken your stuff guys let's just go with that story moving forward how much do I owe you.' If I didn't hack them, why when I'm asked, just suddenly be like, 'Oooooooo yeah, I might of actually! How much do I owe you?'. No, I'm going to be like, No I didn't, what happened, and try find an explanation for both of them (WHICH I DID WHICH CAN BE PROVEN BY CHAT LOGS.) I even went on screen share with who I think was Departure who showed me his convos with OpenOSRS admins who even said originally, my plugin was fine to use.

 

Lying to your customers because you wanted to save face is not a good reason lol. If you were truly innocent you would have told Departure that somebody using your plugin was hacked the day before and to make a report, instead you lied to him and took the easy way out.

Now this had to be dug up 2-3 months after it happened which by that time you could have easily deleted all kinds of evidence or claim your messages with customers have been lost through time. Your practices as a seller are despicable and you obviously have no care for your customers.

 

I don't think I've once said my practices as a seller are to be idolized or praised lol. Point is, a lot of people's aren't. I can't delete entire conversations of the others persons end if they were to message me. I can only delete what's on my end. Not only are there no tracks to cover, if there were, I couldn't even cover everything because it's out of my control lol.

Which was a major success as my prediction was right, it was just 2 incidents which by coincidence both were customers of mine.

You're insane if you think I'd just leave it up to luck that 10+ people, not a single one wouldn't post anything on me if I were to hack a bunch of people. Not to mention if I had people Ratted I could delete these guys conversations with me too, why wouldn't I do that???? I didn't tell either of these guys not to make a report so fuck off saying I'm 'telling people off' LOL. All the logs are there. You're literally making up stories.

I've given you the answer multiple times now. I 'lied' to 1. avoid easy money grabs for people willing to make up stories. 2. protect my seller reputation if it were to just be a 2-person issue (which it was)

Okay since his original message of him notifying me he was having issues, I did assume that he fixed his settings with his client to stop the client bugging (not my plugin bugging), so that's why I wouldn't of followed up with him.

In the above gif, you can see he then messages me about some settings for getting some optimal raids, so he was clearly using it without problem for multiple weeks, I gave him an answer then to give him an even better answer I would've needed to speak with my friend (the dev) to double check, which is what I say, because the feature which he was talking about was only added after I hadn't use it (the sliders and black/white listing dropdowns) and I hadn't used it so I wasn't 100% sure
