Arrested

no the warning or ticket phase has passed. It's already an arrest Misdemeanor on my record etc. I wanna clean my name cause according to the law I didn't break it but I wanna know if anyone sees any flaws in my plan.

Plus there was no dmg to the iron bench as stated by the cops.

If you have a decent lawyer, you will be fine. A good lawyer will so those charges droped and a decent judge will rule "kids will be kids" or "no harm no foul"

What to expect? Do you have a family lawyer did you get one of is the state apointing one?

Considering the fact that you are going to ple guilty they will most likely look at it as this:
-the cops over reacted. It was there job to take control of the situation and stop the fire and make sure nothing else was happening which could harm anyone. If it was me I would put out the fire and give you a warning but they didnt.

I would expect to have a short tril (they are not going to loose sleap over a kid buring a bag)

Don't worry if you are lucky they will drop the charge with a fine. Worse case is charges stay and fined. It would be all over the news if you got correctional time for that. They may drop it to something like a class C mis. which would be like disturbance of the peace.

 

Well thats what I'm thinking should we just plea guilty take the little w.e. or totally blow it out and prove that we didn't commit arson (though we got a rock solid case) and we don't have a family lawyer we might just represent ourselves if the appointed lawyer charges. (Dun too much court law just read up on rules to find loopholes)

 

ive burned a lot of stuff
like burning hot shit and throwing it on a guys car who my friends and i hate and making a bon fire at a golf course and not putting it out
but never got caught

 

Community service and a talk with the firedepartment. Some times they give you a 3 hour video to watch.

 

my two guesses would either be an ass whooping, or raping. CArefull tho.


seriously. I'd say about 200-500 hours of comunity service, and a 20-90$ court fee (depending on what day of the week it is) and if you have a Youth Court system there, they'd probly make you write an essay. Usually about 4000 words.

Same thing happened to me here in alaska when I was in Anchorage. My friend and I were messing around with fireworks, and shot one off. It just happens to be that his princebel was right around the corner, and it hits his car, and damages it. And we booked it and he drive after us, over-heating the engine and it caught on fire. Shit it was so gay, we were charged for Arson and avoiding arrest or w/e.

And if you have a question about the Fines on different days of the week, that's how our trials were. Mine was on a Wednesday, and his was on Saturday.

i would go and take an arsenal class on your own, hire a a good lawyer, and do community service ON YOUR OWN, then go to court and say ur really sry for what uve done and have already tried to tmake up for it. My brother got a dui last month and hes only 16 and he got away with a warning

my school got me arrested for flicking a lighter in class and charged it w/ arson they let me off with a warning..

you, just give you community service, if this is the first
time you have been in trouble with the law [x

 

IF that is all that happened then its not exactly arson. It would more likely be public indangerment. And since you're juveniles, you will most likely be handed down a warning. Worst case scenario is a small fine or community service (you usually get to pick either the fine or service), and possibly a police record.
But i seriously think you will only get a warning.

As for "What is court like?". The first time you will be shitting yourself, but honestly don't worry. It's not that bad, also try to make a "nice" impression by wearing decent cloths not going in there in baggy clothes and a hat etc.

im 14 and on probation, apparently having a bag of parsley at skool is agains the law for counterfit and possesion of a controlled substance
