Arranging fake vouchs

from @Geeman55 and @Osilot As he's only been on sythe 2 hours, sold 2 accounts which neither account was advertising buying or selling lol. Besides the fact they both apparently went first massive red flags

 

Issued a TWC to @OsrsINC. I don't feel the need for him to provide proof of the vouches yet, but atleast make sure you're never asking for free vouches again. This is against the rules.

I've edited his TWC reason as the other one was posting from a proxy.

Thanks Chris, sometimes it looks like your heart is in the right place, but you keep dissapointing me by scamming each and everyone on Sythe time over time again.
