Aroxez - Unwarranted Ban (HackForums)

Hey Runescapeâ„¢ here I'm writing this in behalf of "Aroxez" since he could not.

Hello Sythe.

First of all, I’d like to say my ban was unwarranted because I’ve yet to see any sunifficant proof that I actually was registered to HackForums.net and was interested in Java Drive-Bys, Hacking MSN’s, etc. I’d like to start off by saying, I recently did register to hack forums, but there is a reason why. I’ve registered to them to see the post that my ban was made against me on. My username on there is “Shane595”, which has 0 posts and you may stalk it, I won’t be logging in on it again. Now I’d like to say this ban is NOT warranted because of the fact that I’m not even on that site. I’d actually like an IP check on both users. The username on the HackForums account was “Arox”, which I see the resemblance, but it doesn’t mean it’s me? It doesn’t even have an email associated with any of mine. If anything, I have a hunch on who may have framed me (might not be accurate, but after the ban that I got him he’d try to do anything to get me back)

I’ve been on Sythe.org for 8 months (being active), and over that period of time I’ve accumulated the respect from some, trust from others. I’ve made a total of over 100 vouches, (most of them are high risk trades,) as well as I’ve donated $25 through FireZ’s PayPal donation center. I know not as many people liked me on here (not quite sure why, failed trolling more than likely?) but I’ve tried my hardest to reduce the amount of scammers through my middleman service, which was free. I’ve received tons of people wanting to use me, it’s honestly overwhelming. I’ve also modified a how NOT to get scammed guide, which I spent countless hours on it. (more like a few days) As well as I’ve been trying to set a goal to help out the community more, though I know I’m currently failing at it.

If I’m not unbanned (even though I believe this is not a warranted ban) I would at least like to make a farewell thread if that’s alright with the staff. I’ll repeat it again, I have no interest in any of that java crap, as I’ve seen no evidence that that was even me. Plus, by the time I registered, etc. I noticed that the thread was edited? I’m not even quite sure what it was/said, but anyways thank you all. I’d like to thank everyone on Sythe.org for my experience here if I do not get unbanned. I plague that I will not ban evade, or anything close to that.

I don't see any reason at all why Aroxez would ever want to learn about hacking. He's got enough trust on Sythe that he could make off with a good coupled bucks, anyway. And I'm sure he's smart enough that, if he did want to investigate such stuff, he'd be smart enough to use a more cryptic pseudonym.

Who issued the ban? I'm curious to see the actual posts. Someone can go to HF right now and make a KerokeroCola account, but is it really me?

One big thing I noticed is that he linked me to the post on hackforums, which was found on his ban reason, and now that I look back, it was edited about 10-15 minutes before he showed me.

Sounds to me like someone who accidentally posted his msn then when he got banned tried to get rid of the evidence.

I mean, I genuinely believed him on msn when he told me it wasn't him, but now its starting to make me look the other way.

It's just all circumstantial evidence, though. Yes, it might be enough for someone who hasn't proved to be trustworthy and an asset to the community, but Aroxez isn't one of those people. Honestly, I'm inclined to think Aroxez's reputation should speak louder than circumstantial evidence does.

That's just me; maybe I'm naive.

We're not sure who issued Aroxez's ban, I honestly don't even see a report against him. So we're hoping you guys can get this all sort out.

I've been thinking, and after talking to Runescape™, I'm going to change my decision and call this a framing.

Arcadia was reported by Aroxez for hacking on another site, what a good way to get back at him.

I've never known Aroxez to be a bad person, and as I said, when he told me on msn that it wasnt him, I genuinely believed him.

I am in favor of his unban as I believe this to be Arcadia's doings.

But that's the problem; you cannot proof that it was Aroxez, Arcadia or who knows. HF doesn't give out IP's either, so it can't be proved.

Which is why I said I support his unban and it looks like a framing?

 

I banned him, because the emails matched. [email protected] was originally posted and the same one is used countless times in your market threads; it could be a framing, but see, the thread was not brought to a mod's attention by a user, a mod found it themselves (I think? It was Sengira.). If it were really a framing, some random-ass user would have tried to contact a mod with the link. That might have been the case, who knows, I'll have a chat with Sengira.

EDIT: If you search the email on Google, you still get the same HF thread, but edited. According to Sengira, a user brought the thread to his attention after doing a search for the email before a trade; but then as CSkiffingt1 said, it was edited 15 minutes before his chat with Aroxez. This is all really strange. Though, it could also be coincidental about the time of the edit. The framer could have realized at that point that Aroxez was banned and edited his thread to make a good dispute close to impossible.

RunescapeTM, if you could, ask Aroxez if he's got any proof supporting his claims. The typing style in the thread on HF isn't at all the same as Aroxez's grammatically correct style either, which leads me to believe that it COULD be a framing.

First I’d like to thank all of the staff for their timely responses. Now I’ve been told that you need evidence to back me up? Today, I’ve recently checked my Gmail, and I’ve not noticed a HackForums register, but I have noticed that someone emailed me stating that they can hack MSN’s. I’ve not looked at it. I’d like to state that during the time of this whole “charade” I was about to MM a trade (between two lower members, but then I backed out because I noticed I was banned.) I was also purchasing an iTunes movie off of a member. (I forget who it was, though I can get his username if need be.) During this whole time, I was contacted by a banned user “William452” to purchase the 42M I was selling, though that’s when I realized I was banned. He told me to PM him, his user was something I forget (Can’t look through chat logs because I’m not at home for this week, but KeroKeroCola can back me up because he’s the one I told to ban.) William wouldn’t send me a screenshot of the thread, so I blocked him. So that was what I was doing during when I get banned. Now back to Arcaida; I believe I was framed by him because of the fact I actually am responsible for his ban. He’s up to eight failed disputes, and counting. My friends and I have looked closely at the times of the posts he’s made, and the time of the post the HackForums thread was made and I’ve noticed there was a pretty strong correlation. We’ve recently noticed that he must have a Chinese time, because all of his posts are made either in the Morning or Later at night (From my time, USA EASTERN.)

Blupig, my only beef with this ban is that it is Aroxez. Based on personal experience, I've always thought him above all of that... or, like I said, at least smart enough to spend 5 minutes making a new email account.

I looked through Arox's posts, and they don't seem the same at all. I'm inclined to believe it was fake. After all, it's Hack Forum; they literally are there just to get pleasure in just messing up people's lives.

Haha, Sorry for the useless Screenshots, just doing everything i can to make sure justice is served for Aroxez, because this is just total bullshit :/

I’m currently writing this because I’ve noticed how much of a hassle some kids caused all of us. I honestly never thought that a dispute of mine would go this far. I understood that people impostor other fairly trusted members, but I didn’t think there was someone taking the time out of their day to get me banned. Recently I’ve come across a few various people that it might be. It could be one of them or it could be none, who knows. Now, since I was banned I’ve done investigation and found some suspicion under two ex-members of Sythe.org which consist of;

-William542



Reasons behind suspect: Arcaida are because he’s currently up to disputes now and yet to be accepted. I’d feel like it’d be revenge just to frame me, and get myself banned. All of his claims on this website were fake, especially about being a “girl”, though we’re not going to get into sexuality right now. Also, after his scam report was dealt with (he was banned roughly in 15 minutes after the report was posted) I feel like he basically raged at Justin87, Runescape™, and myself. His claims were that we’re a part of a hoarding clan chat named “Chat”, which was false of course, I’ve actually never entered that clan in my life (tbh). Other than that, I thought what I’ve mentioned in my previous posts can relate to the suspicion of him framing me.



The one and only, suspect number two: William542. I believe this guy could be the framer because of the fact he talked to me Thursday, which was the day of my ban. Hold on, before we get there lets just start off from where it started. William scammed my friend (Runescape&#8482 and claimed that he was hacked during the time. I reported him, because Runescape was banned during that period of time. William was then banned (we didn’t report him earlier because he was temp. banned due to his hacking, I believe) though I don’t think it was real, William showed his “kindness” if you will, to pay him back. My hunch is that he only paid him back because before that I mentioned that I have his Facebook, and I know exactly where he lived. Then, after that he was never unbanned even though he paid back which was needed to be paid. Now, recently the other day I was selling 42 Million Gold, and he messaged me asking for how much. Therefore I went ahead and said .85-.90/M. He agreed, and told me to PM him on his account “DeegreeZero” or something along those lines. Furthermore, I went ahead and messaged KeroKeroCola on MSN and told him about it, and he was then banned for ban evading. William mentioned to me that it wasn’t even his Sythe account so I was a little mysterious. Now I saw that Runescape™ was talking to William about him accusing “Classics” of being the framer. Classics and I use to have a love/hate relationship, until he became banned and he started to have a dick in his ass all day. Though, Runescape didn’t have the correct screenshots to prove that it was actually William he was talking to, I believe him. Don’t really care about if you do or not. Anyways, I was AFK earlier and William messaged me “Does Rs603 ring any bells?” and I just barely got to it. He was offline. Also when I returned, I had a new add for “[email protected]” which I thought was kind of unusual, but possibly a coincidence.



Anyway, I know my two cents aren’t that important because I have little to none significant proof to back up everyone of my statements, but you can ask KeroKeroCola about the ban evading part (as he did ban him, so he says)



Lately I’ve been thinking to see if it’s really worth the Sythe.org staffs’ time to actually care about my dispute. I’ve come to a point where I thought I should give up, and I possibly might, but I’m NOT going to give up until I find out who actually did frame me, regardless if I get unbanned or not.

 

Well, I've just read the entire thread and I believe the evidence against Aroxez is way too convenient (in regards to both timing and location). The posts match Arcaida's style of typing (I would know; considering I went through five or six of her/his? mindless disputes). This seems like nothing more than an upset Arcaida attempting to mar Aroxez and his reputation here on Sythe.

Although we cannot prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this was not Aroxez, I do feel we have reasonable doubt as to whether or not this was him. I would like to see Aroxez unbanned.

 

I'm going to unban him for now, but I'd like to ask all staff who've posted here and any others aware of the situation to keep a close eye on Aroxez. I have the feeling this is the first of many cases like this, it's too easy.
