Explanation of the trade: 330m (supplies included) + 3 bonds for ds2/mm2 account from scratch (level 3)
How they scammed: He got my account perma banned and is claiming he outsourced it. He is offering to make me a new account from scratch and asking me to only pay 30m at the end since i have already paid 176m out of the previous 330m, offering me that 100m compensation for the hassle caused by having my account banned. I agreed and made him a new account to get started and what not and after seeing another report made on him where someones account was banned, i got worried and asked for refund of my 176m and he said 'i am not rich like others to buy gp' etc. He also refuses to bond my new account until he receives a 'new order to get gp to pay for my account' etc.
He started on the new account, did some f2p quests which barely take any time and the account is yet to be bonded or anything. He is also now claiming that the account has been unbanned and that 'the deal is still on', but when i try login the account it still says account disabled so he is talking absolute shit. He is also saying 'i did all work manual i just outsource a lil bit and the guy got it banned'. 'lil bit' 115 qp - 175 + remainding barrow glove skill requirements lol.

1- he's lying the account is not banned anymore
2- he agreed that i redo the service from scratch at my cost and i did 10 quests so far on it, he kept asking for updates and i kept updating him. I was planing to reduce the cost of the supplies for myself by doing f2p quests and skills before bonding the account because i cant afford a bond right now.
3- on the previous account i did everything manually i just outsourced the service for 4hrs because i couldnt get on the acc that day and the guy i hired got it banned (everything else was done manually and @braslava saw RL SS on discord)

1) The account is still banned and i even showed him a screenshot on discord. I am still waiting a response from jagex on the appeal i made.
2) He says he outsourced the account for 4hours but in the screenshot below, he tells me from the very start of this service that he is outsourcing it and that i should not login because it will disrupt the outsourced service provider

You asked me to stop logging in because you were outsourcing it almost from the start. That was 1/2 days after service had started. The account is now unbanned but I have spoken with a few high-end service providers and it is in my 100% right to claim a refund or ask you to finish the service on a brand new account because our first deal did not have a 'ban punishment in account history' included in the deal. I am leaving this for a mod to respond to now.


PS - Account was banned on the 18th of August. He said above that 'i just outsourced the service for 4hrs because i couldnt get on the acc that day and the guy i hired got it banned'. On the 20th of August he says 'everything is good it's being trained'. On the 21st of August i ask why i cant hs my acc and he says it must be broken and I confront him that after i checked, the account had been banned.

So please explain how he outsourced it 'ONLY' on one day for '4' hours and says account is being trained on the 20th when account was banned from the 18th?

 

Given the other issues @Arnold D has going on I think a DNT is merited here. @Arnold D please reach agreements with your customers to compensate them for botting on their accounts.
