I hope not; his CO would be narrow-minded in doing so. Stopping an armed bankrobber endangers yourself to stop a bad action that you volunteer for based on morals. Being a soldier in the army legally binds you to endanger yourself for reasons that you do not take place in deciding whether they are morally just or not.
