How have we resolved the situation:

• We have changed our whole system
• We are still actively running our business legitimately 24/7 you can check out trustpilot Ariba Gold is rated "Excellent" with 9.8 / 10 on Trustpilot
• We are aware what we have done wrong and are actively trying to fix everything
• We have not posted this in a long time as we have been trying to resolve all of our issues first before posting such as cutting ties with everyone and replacing workers.

Extra Information:

We don’t just want to get back for the business, we miss the community very much, Runescape is a very community driven business, and as you know Sythe is a very big part of the Runescape community and has been for years!

We have spent lots of time improving all of our systems to make sure nothing like this will happen again, we really hope that you can see to let us back into the Sythe community.

We will furthermore be helping out in the Sythe community we have many things planned such as giveaways helping people in the forum, keeping our agents active in the forum and many others.
