    Are You Stressed ?

    We can all get caught up in work, school, etc and it can start to pile up. Are you finding yourself stressed? What are you doing to help cope?

    I go out with my girl on weekends, we talk about everything and have a good time, it works a little

    People don’t understand what kind of impact stress can have on relationships, grades, mental and physical health.

    I took a semester off school because of back cramps and insomnia. If you’re dealing with stress I urge you to seek medical help or take a break. Sometimes talking can help aswell.

    Yes yes yes yes and another 1000 yeses after that! Graduating this year and have so many different routes I could go and has me so lost.

    If you yourself is stressed I would attack the problem and not to just slide them under the table. I would suggest going on a nature walk. Go breathe in fresh air at times of anger or frustration and just remember that at the end of these hard times theirs always a brighter side over the bridge. You just gotta stay attached and stay dedicated to your ambitions. Best of luck man!

    Insanely. I have a lot of route issues that I have been tackling individually. I am currently in a PHP doing group therapy and grounding techniques. I am no stranger to my own mental illness for I am on medication, but it's not an end all, be all. I have been putting in the work to be better and it's probably the hardest thing I've ever done. Learning to be in the moment is truly a blessing. Best of luck to anyone with similar struggles and OP.

    im always stressed to the max. I figure if i dont have a heart attack before age 30 im lucky. i quit college a couple years ago because i got stressed out a lot. i was 2 weeks away from finishing the first year, and i had decent grades. Ended up in the hospital because of a suicide attempt. Now, i have a new job i started a few weeks ago, it stresses me out a lot as well. I've already almost quit just mainly because im stressed. I got cell phone bills in collections, i have a student loan that im behind on. What i find helps when im stressing about something is find something else to stress about, and then something else, something else, and just keep going in this sad circle of stress.

    Are You Stressed ?

    You should definitely go see someone. I've been in your position and cognitive behavioral therapy helped me a lot. Would not take the step to initiate the treatment unless I had people around me that cared about me and saw what stress did to me.

    Realize you've got problems. Grab them by the neck and go see someone. There is no shame in reaching out for help, we're only humans.

    Depends if I’m seeing someone or not tbh, might sound stupid but having someone to share everything with at any time I’d like really makes my life better :)

    But when I’m not, yea. I overthink everything.

    We are all stressed to a degree whether we like to admit it or not. I’m stressed because I’m fat and ugly. At least I’m alive though, right?

    If you're stressed just take a break... take several breaks!

    Sometimes i get really stressed out about work, school, friends, family stuff, etc. I have a thing where i stress and freak myself out thinking about my future. i think what helps me though is just talking to friends, doing things i enjoy, relaxing...just living in the moment. I also love live music/festivals :p

    Get hella stressed with work and uni. I make sure I get enough sleep (8 hours at least), exercise and eat clean. Seems to alleviate the stress a lot when I do all of those things. Also, avoid alcohol, it relieves stress temporarily but in the long term it will definitely make it worse.

    Yes, of course, I am sometimes stressed. In the past, I've just ignored it but I recently found a way to overcome it. I always didn't even want to think about it, it's meditation. I strongly recommend you to try it out, it just costs you 10 minutes a day. If you're someone who is into youtube there is a channel I recommend you to watch it's Matt D'avella he made a few pretty helpful videos about this topic. I hope it's helpful for you.

    That's one of the best methods, although not everyone has time to meet his friends so often especially when you have stress
