So the other day i was muted for saying in game "beware of "A Genius Son" he scammed me 1.2M"
I was baffled the offence was because i was scamming? Like Jagex are you seriously fucking me?

Omfg... Dude seriously what I would do is get a petition going and send that shit right to the jagex website..

send them screenshots of as many players on rs vouching for your innocence and letting them know this is just plain BS.

i had same thing happen to me i called a guy a scammer and i got perm muted on my old pure, after two years the mute was lifted.
